Our solution allows you to send emails using any SMTP service.
As long as you are authorised to send emails using SMTP credentials you have and the servers are able to cope with our sending speed, you can add this information under Setup->Email settings.
The image above is an example. Use valid credentials and don’t only replace domain name. If you are not sure, please contact us or get in touch with your system administrator.
If you encounter errors sending through your own SMTP, the most common issues are:
- port (please make sure is entered correctly)
- tls (for enhanced security, this should be enabled)
- host (usually mail.domain.com or smtp.domain.com). Do not add http://
