Understanding Product Data segmentation

Having product feed syncronized with our system allows you to do very advanced segmentation based on product information:

  • one to one transactional emails can be conditioned by any product attribute.
  • bulk segmentation can only use the following: ID, price, category, discountPrice, filters and idInShop;

Most common issues

Triggered campaigns do not work (transactional or workflow)

  • you use an attribute not available in the feed.
    • Please check available product data by going to Setup -> Product Feed
    • Search for one of your products in Setup -> Product Feed -> Catalog and check if the result contains the key/attribute you want to add condition for.

Segment count returns 0:

You created a segment based on product activity and it returns 0 results.

For bulk segmentation please only use item ID or the following attributes: price, category, discountPrice, filters and idInShop

Querying for all other attributes for enterprise accounts only, with dedicated product storage.
